Machine Operator (Print Industry) – £13.00 per hour – BD Area Lime Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Machine Operator to join a well-established print operation based in the BD area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business at a key stage, with a brand new machine being installed, giving the successful candidate the chance to be involved from the very beginning. The Role As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the production process, ensuring machinery is operated safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in the print industry, particularly working with guillotine machinery, who is confident working in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Operating print machinery, including guillotine equipment Supporting the setup and running of a newly installed production machine Ensuring smooth and efficient production output Carrying out routine checks and basic maintenance Maintaining high standards of quality and safety Working as part of a team to meet production targets Working Hours This role operates on a rotating day shift pattern: 6:00am – 1:30pm 1:30pm – 10:00pm Pay & Benefits £13.00 per hour Weekly pay Temp-to-perm opportunity Opportunity to be part of a growing operation Long-term stability for the right candidate What We’re Looking For Previous machine operating experience within the print industry Experience working with a guillotine is essential A hands-on, reliable approach to work Ability to work as part of a team and independently Strong work ethic and attention to detail Why Apply?
