ob Description: Overview Lime Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Yard Manager to join a growing recycling operation based in the Elland area. This is a key leadership role within a fast-paced environment, offering the opportunity to take ownership of yard operations and drive efficiency across the site. The Role Managing day-to-day yard operations (Goods In / Goods Out) Leading and directing the yard team Coordinating inbound and outbound vehicles Ensuring deliveries are accurate and on time Organising yard layout to maximise efficiency and safety Delivering daily briefings and maintaining team alignment Monitoring and enforcing health & safety standards Reporting incidents and managing compliance Requirements Proven experience as a Yard Manager (essential) Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, reactive environment Confident decision-making and problem-solving ability Excellent communication and organisational skills Positive approach to team culture and performance What’s on Offer Salary up to £50,000 (DOE) Monday–Friday (no weekends) Permanent, full-time role Opportunity to join a growing and evolving business Long-term stability and progression potential Apply Now Apply online: https://formflow.vip/register/lime-recruitment Call: 01274 701616 Job Type: Permanent Work Location: In person
