Pay: £15.00 per hour Job Description: Picker (Permanent Position) Location: DL8 Salary: £15.00 per hour Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time Shift Pattern: 4 on / 2 off rota, 7:00am – 6:00pm An established and growing food manufacturing business is looking for a reliable and hardworking Picker to join its team on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and takes pride in ensuring customer orders are picked accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick and prepare customer orders in line with production requirements. Ensure products are handled safely and correctly. Check product quality and report any issues to supervisors. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment. Assist with stock movement and general warehouse duties as required. Work as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines. Requirements Previous picking, packing, warehouse, or food production experience is desirable but not essential. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
