Job Description: Location: DL8 Salary: £20.00 per hour Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time Shift Pattern: 4 on / 2 off rota, 7:00am – 6:00pm An established and growing food manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Mixing Department Supervisor to join its team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on supervisor with previous meat mixing experience who can lead a team, maintain high production standards, and ensure all health, safety, and quality procedures are followed. Key Responsibilities Supervise the day-to-day operation of the mixing department. Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve production targets. Ensure products are mixed to specification while maintaining quality standards. Monitor and enforce food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures. Coordinate workflow and staffing to maximise efficiency. Assist with training and development of department staff. Requirements Previous supervisory experience within a food manufacturing environment. Essential: Proven experience in meat mixing. Strong leadership and organisational skills. Good understanding of food safety and quality standards. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment. Benefits £20.00 per hour. Permanent, full-time employment.
