Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour Job Description: Staff Shuttle Driver Join Our Team We are looking for a reliable, professional, and safety-conscious Shuttle Driver to join our team in Elland. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting employees safely between our manufacturing site and a nearby staff car park using a company 16-seater minibus. Working Hours The successful candidate will work: Monday to Friday 5.00am to 1.30pm (hours may be subject to change to accommodate shift changeovers). What You'll Be Doing As our Staff Shuttle Driver, your responsibilities will include: Safely transporting employees between the company site and the designated staff car park. Driving a company 16-seater minibus in accordance with all road traffic legislation. Completing daily pre-use vehicle safety inspections before each shift. Reporting any vehicle defects or maintenance issues promptly. Ensuring the vehicle is kept clean, tidy, and presentable. Assisting passengers safely on and off the vehicle where required. Driving courteously, professionally, and with safety as your top priority. Representing the company in a positive and professional manner at all times. What We're Looking ForEssential Full UK Driving Licence. Category D1 entitlement (or equivalent entitlement permitting the legal operation of a 16-seater minibus). Excellent driving record. Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy. A strong commitment to safety and customer service. Desirable Basic knowledge of vehicle inspections and safety checks. Personal Qualities The ideal candidate will be: Friendly and approachable. Dependable and punctual. Calm and professional under pressure. Highly safety-conscious.
